Mold Damage in Orange Beach, AL
3/29/2018 (Permalink)
We recently completed a mold remediation project inside a condo caused by high humidity in the unit due to an improperly working HVAC unit. This problem is quite common along Gulf Coast, and we see this several times each year. The relative humidity was so high inside the unit that water droplets could be seen on the ceiling, floor, counters and appliances. Our remediation project manager developed a specific scope to be followed in order to correct the source of the problem, proper remediation of mold and water issues, and the reconstruction required as a result.
Every mold damage scenario is different, and requires a unique solution, but the general mold remediation process stays the same. For more information regarding this, please click here. For a further look into our remediation process, see this previous blog post.
