Commercial Water Damage at Local Business

Our team responded to a large commercial water damage recently.
The damage was caused by a pipe leak which went unnoticed while the business was closed over the weekend. It affected 4 stories (approx 21,000 square feet). SERVPRO of Baldwin County was called to clean up the aftermath!
We received the call 6:15 AM last Monday when the first employees began to arrive. Our team immediately mobilized. When our project manager arrived, he walked the building with the president and facilities director to go over a scope of services. Meanwhile, our crew began extracting water and performing emergency services. The entire project took 6 days with water extraction, drying, and removing non-salvageable materials. Luckily, promptly performing emergency services enabled our team to salvage most of the materials. This helped by reducing costs for repairs and minimizing business interruption.
By the end of the mitigation, the president said that, "Your response, knowledge and communication were top class. You have gained a life-long customer!"
We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve our community. Thank you Baldwin County!
