Water Damage in Orange Beach Condominiums

On December 27^th 2018 we received a call about water damage affecting several condominium units in Orange Beach, Alabama. After investigating further, it was determined that the cause of loss was from an ice maker filter leak in a unit above the affected units. Our SERVPRO team came in immediately to start mitigation services to ensure a fast clean up and no further damage to the property. We started by extracting water and placing dehumidifiers throughout units. Botanical antimicrobial products were then applied throughout affected areas. On December 29^th all affected materials were responding well to the drying process, and by the 31^st all materials reached goal.
