The managers on site James and Shane explained all the damages and necessary precautions to make sure more damages do not occur. Matthew and Dylan cleared the damages swiftly and setup all the fans to dry out the home as soon as possible.
Overall the professional hard working staff ensured my family's health and safety while making my home livable again. Without SERVPRO: James, Shane, Matthew and Dylan my home would not have been taken care of so promptly and effectively.

SERVPRO of Baldwin County was hired by our insurance company to remove, clean and replace our belongings after a smoke fire. They did an excellent job. We were concerned about replacing everything as my wife and I are not in good health. We needn't have worried as Kinya, Mary Jo, Tamia, Jennifer, Denis, Angel, and Kim went well beyond the call to return us to normal. Kinya and Mary Jo took the time to reorganize our kitchen, a job we never could have completed on our own. We are so thankful to SERVPRO.

Since 2004, SERVPRO of Baldwin County has been helping the people of South Alabama and neighboring communities. Owners Jody and Melinda Bruscato have been with SERVPRO since 2007, and with SERVPRO of Baldwin County since 2016.
