Our team recently responded to a client that had suffered a water damage in their home. Our client discovered the water damage when stepping in water as they were getting out of bed one morning. Not a very pleasant way to wake up, but certainly a jolting one! Our client thought it may be a burst pipe or an overflow, but they could not find the source of the leak. They had previously contacted our team for restoration so our team provided assistance in locating the source of water intrusion once they arrived to the home. Using thermal imaging and other water detection tools, our team was able to quickly locate the source of water intrusion. Once the source was identified, it was able to repaired so that no additional damage would occur. In the meantime, our team performed the water restoration. Once the mitigation had been performed our reconstruction division stepped in to take over the second phase of the project - truly, making this water damage "Like it never even happened"!
